Tahoe Visit...and Other Visits

  Every year it is known my dad and his lovely bride come out to visit in January. Since last summer we have had a trip to Tahoe planned. Unfortunately, and fortunately, I got a fulltime job this January and we were unable to go for the whole week. We did get several days there though, and it was beautiful. We played games, ate well, and played some in the snow. We are grateful for each moment we get to share with any of our family.

  We also met up with everyone, extended family as well, late January. We celebrate Grandma Rose's birthday and had great fun talking with my cousin, Marissa, who is having a baby this March. It is wonderful to see everyone's smiling face and hear all the fun stories.

  We hope that we can all get together on future occasions more frequently. Mat, Will and I are venturing to Hawaii in September. We will also be visiting with family as Marissa's shower's coming up and obviously the arrival of her little boy Silas (a sure to be a friend of William's) .
